Volunteer to support families with pre-school children in our Home-Start program
If you have parenting skills, enjoy being around children, and can give two hours of your week to support local families in Bendigo, Macedon Ranges and Sunshine, then you’re the perfect fit for BaptistCare’s Home-Start volunteer program.
Our Home-Start volunteers provide emotional and practical support to families with pre-school children in their own homes. They provide mentoring and non-judgmental support on a short or long-term basis.
If you would like more information, please contact us via email: volunteer@baptcare.org.au

With social and day respite centres
Our social and day respite centres provide care and support to older people while offering an opportunity to socialise and enjoy new and existing hobbies – all while their primary caregiver takes a break.
As part of the team, you would support our customers with transport or in-home visits, and you may also help at our Southaven, Westhaven, Brindabilla, and Orana social and day respite centres.
If you’d like to build meaningful relationships with our customers and help reduce social isolation and loneliness, we’d love to hear from you!
