Baptcare Affordable Housing is committed to providing quality homes and managing secure affordable tenancies for our residents and provides housing across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, Norlane and Boronia.
These provide financially disadvantaged people a home from which they can access a range of services including education, training and employment.
Baptcare Affordable Housing ensures the effective utilisation of housing by assessing households based on their particular circumstances and housing availability. We aim to ensure that the allocation of homes is provided in an equitable and efficient manner.
