Meet Baby G, a brave little one who recently joined our Foster Care program. Born with a low birth weight, Baby G faced unique challenges from the very start. His tiny stature and delicate health required specialised care and attention, which our dedicated team was more than ready to provide.
From the moment Baby G came into our care, our practitioners rallied around him, determined to give him the best possible start in life. One of the immediate challenges we faced was finding clothing small enough to fit his tiny frame. Regular baby clothes were simply too large, and we struggled to keep him comfortable and warm.
As we brainstormed solutions, one of our team members, Kiandra Ellis had a brilliant idea: our Bernie Bears! These beloved bears, gifted to every child in our program, wear handmade knitted jumpers. Perhaps, just perhaps, these miniature sweaters could provide the perfect fit for Baby G.

Excited by the possibility, we tried one of the Bernie Bear jumpers on Baby G. To our delight, it fit him perfectly! The soft, cozy knit provided the warmth he needed and the snug fit gave him a sense of comfort and security. Seeing him nestled in his tiny jumper was a heartwarming sight for all of us.
