The wellbeing of our consumers, families and staff is our highest priority. Support and services across our Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living communities are continuing without interruption. Our community-based services are contacting consumers and will continue to provide information and support services tailored to the program.
Baptcare in-home care clients and customers can continue to access our Customer Enquiry Centre on 13 22 78. Please be advised that wait times may be longer than usual due to a surge in enquiries in response to the Optus outage.
