Aged care traineeships

Our aged care traineeships in Australia give you the opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining real experience while working towards a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Stream).
We partner with trusted, industry-leading training providers, including TAFE and other registered training organisations, to deliver high-quality aged care education and support you every step of the way.
As part of your Cert III Individual Support traineeship, you’ll work alongside our experienced, supportive team, building practical skills while studying under the expert guidance of our trainers.
Depending on your traineeship, you’ll be employed a minimum of 15 hours per week and receive paid study time during your traineeship.
We offer paid traineeships in Melbourne and across Victoria, including Warragul, Drouin, West Meadows, Norlane, Camberwell, Morwell, Kew, Kerang, Frankston South, Macleod, Doncaster, Footscray, Werribee, Lalor or Devonport in Tasmania.
