Yes! We have Directors of Nursing who have started with Baptcare as registered nurses and personal care workers. We encourage career progression with an array of professional development opportunities both internal and external. Opportunities for career advancement also arise as a result of Baptcare’s growth. All vacancies are advertised internally on the Intranet, and staff are notified about vacancies via a weekly email alert.
Is it possible to move into different roles and areas of the organisation?
Yes, provided your qualifications and experience match the position description, and you are the best applicant for the vacancy.
Are job vacancies usually filled internally?
All position vacancies are advertised internally, and some are advertised externally. A fair and valid process is undertaken at all times to determine the best candidate for the role.
