The best of care

At Baptcare, we believe that everyone deserves the best of care.

You may have seen our TV advertisement on Channel 9 recently or heard us on the radio. If you missed it, you can watch the video below.

As a faith-based not-for-profit organisation, our experience has been built over a 70-year history of providing care and support to vulnerable and sometimes marginalised people in our community.

The foundation of Baptcare can be traced back to 1945 when a group of Baptist women joined together to raise £4,000 in a time of war to open Australia’s first Baptist home for older people. This mission spirit continues today as we work towards creating communities where every person is cherished.

How do we do this? Our services range from flexible and quality services to thousands of families, from short term help to ongoing care. We offer independence at home, choice and control, deliver accommodation to suit lifestyle and budget, offer integrated family and community services and are easy to deal with across all touch points. We value building personalised and innovative solutions with you, with your goals as our shared focus. At Baptcare we want you to live your life with meaning, so we partner with you to enhance your health, safety, comfort and spirituality.

Over the next couple of months, you'll see us on TV, billboards and in the media as part of our campaign to showcase our best of care approach. We're also sponsoring the upcoming Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show and hosting our very own Shop Window Floral Display competition.

As part of our #bestofcare campaign, we're keen to hear what 'best of care' means to you. So follow us on Facebook and Instagram and keep up to date with our campaign and in doing so, you could win tickets to the Flower and Garden Show.
