Terms and conditions
- The potential client is eligible for a $2,000 discount subject to meeting all the conditions as set out below:
- the potential client enters into a Residential agreement on or before 30 September 2021; and
- must have a valid ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Tool) Assessment on admission and throughout the period of stay; and
- if the initial admission is for Respite care, then a Residential agreement should be entered into on or before 28th October 2021.
- The 2,000 discount can be availed as:
- a $2,000 credit towards the monthly invoice; or
- a gift card to the value of $2,000.
