We will support you to learn all the important skills that you need to self-manage, and we’ll continue to provide tailored support that can be increased or decreased depending upon your needs.

1.First, we'll talk about your current situation. We can even come for a free home visit to discuss how you might like to use your package funding.
2.Once you're signed up you'll learn all the important skills that you need to self-manage in an in person, one-on-one session.
3.Finally, we'll coach you through interviewing and hiring your first worker. If you would prefer to hire someone you already know, we can support that too.*
