2.Once you're signed up, you'll learn to how to find and hire support workers who fit your unique lifestyle in an in person, one-on-one session.
3.Finally, we'll coach you through interviewing and hiring your first worker. (If you would prefer to hire someone you already know, getting them registered is a snap.)
We’re here at every step for support and advice. And behind the scenes, we'll make sure your workers get paid, keep track of your funding, and continue to monitor qualifications, service quality, and regulatory requirements. If your situation changes, we'll be available to guide you through.
