Financial Details Service Fee
This service is levied on all apartments on a monthly basis and covers:
- 24 x 7 emergency call monitoring system.
- All building insurance costs.
- All common area lighting.
- Maintenance of building security systems.
- Payment of water, gas and rates for community and common areas (but not apartments).
- Cleaning and maintenance of community and common areas, including car park, driveways and pathways.
- Repairs and maintenance of the external facade of the apartment, and common and community areas.
- All staff costs, including Community Manager, gardeners, administration, emergency callout and maintenance staff.
- Access to community facilities and community bus.
- All administration fees.
- Garbage removal.
- Maintenance and monitoring of the smoke alarm and fire sprinkler systems.
- Public liability insurance.
- Access to a range of Hedley Sutton interest groups.
- Gardening to all common areas.
The weekly service fee: $120-$150.
