Financial Details Contracts / Licence Agreements

When you purchase your apartment at Hedley Sutton, you will be asked to sign a contract, called a Licence Agreement. The Licence Agreement is between you and Baptcare.

Under its terms, Baptcare is obliged to protect the character of Hedley Sutton for discerning occupants over the age of 55 years. Residents, in turn, agree to pay the fees as set.
