Financial Details Buying an Apartment

When you make the decision to purchase a Hedley Sutton apartment, a payment of $1,000 is required. Your apartment will then be held for 21 days while you peruse the contract and/or show it to your legal representative.

If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase within the 21 days, your $1,000 will be refunded.
