‘Better than Aladdin’s Cave’
Fairy floss, face painting, music, Harley Davidson rides, farm animals, clowns and fairies. These were just a few of the things experienced at the Strathalan Fair which was held on the 21st of April.
The day was a great success with a variety of delicious foods tasted and many bargains obtained. Over $8000 was made on the day with Strathalan residents determining how the money will be used.
The Strathalan Fair is held every second year and provides an opportunity for residents, family, friends and the community to come together in a fun and relaxing environment.
Malcom, a resident of Strathalan, described the fair as “better than Aladdin’s Cave!’ and praised all the people who volunteered their time to make the event possible.
Thank you to all those wonderful people that made the fair such a success!
