Family and Community Services Client Feedback Survey

The results of the most recent Family and Community Services Client Feedback Survey have recently been released.

Family and Community Services implement a comprehensive client feedback system in order to gather the experiences of our clients who are in receipt of a family or disability service offering in Victoria and Tasmania, and to improve our service delivery.

The results from the Client Feedback survey are used to assess Baptcare’s program strengths and weaknesses across both regions and program area.

Baptcare would like to take this opportunity to thank both our staff and clients for their participation in this important survey.
