At Baptcare, we believe that every individual should be empowered to reach their full potential and has the right to lead a dignified life.
In Tasmania, we offer families with children aged from birth to 18 years, and people with disabilities aged to 65 years, access to a centralised intake and assessment service called Gateway.
This service is designed to assess your family support and disability services needs and to effectively link you to the right support services.
In addition, we work in partnership with carers and people with a disability to offer case work support and activity groups.
Baptcare receives funding from the Department of and Health and Human Services to provide the Gateway Family and Disability Service. Services are provided to people in line with the Disability Act 1992.
