Baptcare provides nursing services to homeless people and those at risk of homelessness in the North-West of Melbourne, to empower them to make a positive change in their life.
The service offers 20 hours per week of nursing care to homeless people and those at risk of homelessness in the community.
It is presently delivered by a registered nurse (division 1) within community centres, at regular Salvos lunches, at a monthly barbeque, in people’s homes or in their chosen environment.
