Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) package

This package offers a range of services which can be adjusted as the needs of the individual change. An EACH package aims to provide high-level care at home as an alternative to high-level residential care.

An EACH package also supports the carer by providing much-needed guidance to care for someone with high needs.

An EACH package could include the following services:

• Help with personal hygiene and dressing
• Social and emotional support
• Meal preparation
• Home modification, equipment and maintenance
• Allied health services such as podiatry and physiotherapy
• Continence management
• Access to carer respite.
