Community Aged Care Package (CACP)

 

CACPs are suitable for older people with complex care needs who would prefer to remain at home rather than entering low level residential aged care.

A CACP could include the following services:

  • Personal hygiene, bathing and dressing
  • Medication management
  • Access to social activities
  • Meal preparation
  • Transport to medical appointments
  • Laundry
  • Continence help
  • In-home respite care.
