Baptcare operates eight aged care homes across Victoria and Tasmania. The homes provide permanent care for people who have been assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Service as needing this type of specialised care and support.
Within these homes, Baptcare provides 24 hour care, nursing assessment, socially interactive and therapeutic activity programs, and emotional and spiritual support.
From the moment a person enters a Baptcare aged care home, they can expect support which is structured to help them and their families to become comfortable, knowledgeable and familiar with their new environment.
We support residents to live a life which is as enriching as it can possibly be. We aim to help people live their life as naturally as possible.
We engage with residents and their families to seek their feedback, and strive to continually evaluate and improve our care.
