The Circle of Friends Morning Tea was held at Baptcare Hedley Sutton Community’s Linda Café. This is the second year the function has been held and it is a lovely and fitting opportunity for Baptcare to honour and recognise the special members of this club, who have left a bequest to Baptcare in their Wills.
Guests were invited to a special morning tea and had the opportunity to meet others who have also chosen to leave a gift to Baptcare. As guests enjoyed the company of others, they were also provided with an update on Baptcare’s future projects, initiatives, directions and community needs. Most notably, the gathering provided participants with an opportunity to understand the significance of ‘bringing care to life’, particularly, how Baptcare lives this vision by supporting people facing difficult circumstances throughout the communities of Victoria and Tasmania.
After chatting and enjoying a delightful morning tea, guests departed for home inspired by the work of Baptcare and their decision to leave a gift to us in their Will.
If you would like to discuss leaving a bequest to Baptcare, please contact Bequest Officer, Mary Quirk on 03 9831 7229.
