Baptcare welcomes Fair Work Australia’s decision to implement significant pay rises for those working in the community sector workforce, which will directly support Baptcare’s employees.

Baptcare is proud to have a highly driven workforce of over 1,200 employees including social workers, personal care assistants and nurses. Baptcare will work closely with the Australian Government to ensure the pay increases can be adequately funded over the required period.
